Charges: In October 2007, female rapper and actress Da Brat (real name: Shawntae Harris) was arrested at Jermaine Dupri's Atlanta club Studio 72 for hitting a waitress in the head with a rum bottle.
According to police reports, Da Brat and the waitress got into an altercation, the bottle went swinging, and the waitress suffered from a deep laceration to the face which required stitches at a local hospital that night. The celebrity was charged with aggravated assault.
