D for Drunk Driving


Subject: Dennis Rodman

Charges: In December 1999, NBA star Dennis Rodman was busted in California and charged with DUI.

Road Rage


Subject: Ric Flair

Charges: WWE Superstar Ric "The Nature Boy" Flair surrendered to North Carolina cops on misdemeanor charges in November 2005 after being accused of throttling a fellow motorist during a road rage incident.

Flair (real name: Richard Fliehr) allegedly grabbed a motorist by the throat and kicked the guy's vehicle during the confrontation. He posted $1,000 bond and was released.

Verdict: The charges were dropped after the witnesses failed to show for a scheduled court appearance.

Puff in Handcuffs


Subject: Sean Combs

Charges: Combs (a.k.a. Puffy, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy) was busted by the NYPD in December 1999 and charged with possession of a firearm following a shooting at a Manhattan nightclub. Police pulled over Combs, who was fleeing with an entourage that included his then girlfriend, actress Jennifer Lopez, and found a gun under the front seat of his Lincoln Navigator.

The rapper-producer was also charged with bribery after his driver said he was given an offer of $50,000 and a diamond ring if he agreed to say he owned the gun found in the car. Combs was released after posting $10,000 bail.

Verdict: In March 2001, Combs was acquitted of the weapon possession and bribery charges.

Charges: Nick Nolte was arrested in September 2002 for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. After undergoing blood tests, it was determined he was under the influence of what is known as Gamma-Hydroxybutyrate (also known as liquid Ecstasy), a "date-rape drug" which is a powerful and banned depressant.

Verdict: The busted actor checked into a Connecticut rehabilitation center two days after the incident. He was sentenced to three years probation, counseling, and random drug testing.
