Charges: In May 2006, NBA superstar Gilbert Arenas, better known as Agent Zero, was charged by Miami Beach authorities with resisting an officer without violence.

According to reports, Arenas exited his limo to check on Awvee Storey, a Washington Wizards teammate, who was being arrested for blocking traffic. An officer directed him to return to his vehicle, but he ignored the directive so he was arrested and transported to the Miami-Dade County jail.

D'Angelo's Dilemma

Charges: In November 2002, D'Angelo (real name: Michael Archer) was charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and other misdemeanors in Virginia stemming from an incident in which the Grammy winner allegedly cut off a female motorist.

According to official reports, the RnB singer cursed and spit on the other motorist. The police subsequently served an arrest warrant on him and had to use pepper spray to subdue the agitated performer.

Charges: In July 2004, actor Anthony Anderson was arrested for the aggravated rape of a woman, a movie extra, who police say was assaulted after being lured into a production trailer on a Memphis movie set.

According to reports, Anderson and Wayne Witherspoon, a crew member, violated the woman with their hands and took pictures of her while she was nude.

Charges: In September 24, 2009, Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested in Texas for allegedly defrauding an innkeeper, burglary, and conspiracy, stemming from a $10,000 dispute at a Santa Barbara, California hotel. Later that evening, the two were released on bail.

After the Quaids skipped out on their third court date, October 29, the Santa Barbara District Attorney's Office filed bench warrants for their arrest and extradition from Texas. Although subsequent arrest warrants were quashed, after failing to appear at court on April 12 and 13, 2010, $40,000 in bail was forfeited and arrest warrants for the couple were issued again on April 14, 2010.

Verdict: On April 28, 2010, felony charges were dropped against Randy Quaid after he and his wife were briefly jailed. The Quaids appeared in court after missing several other court appearances. Prosecuters were unable to bring a case against the actor but his wife plead no contest to a misdemeanor count of defrauding an innkeeper and will be on probation for three years. She will also be required to serve 240 hours of community service.

Charges: Actress Tracey Gold was arrested by California Highway Patrol officers in September 2004 for DUI. Gold was driving with her husband Roby Marshall and their three young children when she lost control of her GMC Yukon, swerved off the road, rolled over, and tumbled down an embankment.

According to reports, the busted actress and her four-month old son Aiden were not injured in the accident, but her husband and two older kids suffered bodily harm. Marshall suffered a neck injury, their seven-year old son Sage broke his clavicle, and their five-year-old, Bailey, sustained minor cuts and a head laceration. Officers reportedly administered sobriety tests and Gold was arrested and booked for investigation of felony drunk driving.

Police said that the two wrestlers, who were both extremely intoxicated, were seen fighting in a cab. They were taken to the Kenton County Detention Center for "alcohol intoxication in a public place."
