According to police reports, the busted singer ran his BMW into another car at a Phoenix intersection, and although he left the scene of the accident, authorities found him at his home nearby. Officers smelled alcohol on the singer's breath and noted that he looked drunk.

While being processed at a police station, and minutes away from being released to waiting friends and family, the singer became angry and kneed an officer in the thigh. That prompted police to arrest him again, on suspicion of assault.
