In 2005, while filming the television series Lost in Hawaii, Rodriguez was pulled over multiple times for speeding violations. On December 1, 2005, she was again busted for DUI. Because of overcrowding, she was released from jail on the same day she entered it, but she still had to serve the community service.
In September 2007, Rodriguez allegedly violated her probation by not completing her community service and not following an alcohol education program. She even consumed alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device.

Charges: Sutherland, famous for his role as Jack Bauer in the television series 24, was arrested early September 25, 2007 on misdemeanor drunk driving charges. Charges: Renfro and a friend tried to steal a 45-foot luxury yacht (valued at $175,000) docked at Fort Lauderdale in Florida. The pair forgot to untie the yacht from the dock and as they pulled away, it bounced back, causing damage to the stern. The former pin-up boy was busted and charged with grand theft.

In November 2001, a plea bargain was made, with Bleeth pleading guilty to driving while impaired and possessing less than 25 grams of cocaine.

Charges: Michelle Peck, whose daughter has resigned as Lohan's personal assistant, called 911 saying she was being chased by the actress. The Santa Monica police later found Peck and Lohan having a heated argument in a parking lot. The latter was found to have a blood alcohol level between 0.12 to 0.13 percent, above the California legal limit of 0.08 percent. Authorities even found a small amount of cocaine in her pocket.
The busted actress was booked on felony charges of possession of cocaine and transportation of a narcotic, in addition to misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.

Charges: In September 2006, Hilton was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol content of 0.08%, the level at which it is illegal to drive in California. Her driving license was subsequently suspended in November 2006 and she was punished to 36 months' probation, with a fine of $1,500.
On January 15, 2007, Hilton was pulled over for driving with a suspended license and signed a document acknowledging that she was not permitted to drive. On February 27, 2007, she was caught speeding, again with a suspended license. She also did not have her headlights on even though it was after dark. Those actions, along with the failure to enroll in a court-ordered alcohol education program constituted a violation of the terms of her probation.

Complications arise when Judge Michael Sauer summoned Hilton to appear on court the same day she was released, ordering authorities to send her back to jail to serve out her original 45-day sentence. She started screaming in the courtroom and concerns about her condition led to her being moved to the medical wing of the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles.
